has closed.
Our doors in Lake Orion are closed for good. We are no longer seeing patients or scheduling appointments, and the clinic phone line has been disconnected.
To every patient who walked in refusing to slow down, and to the coaches, trainers, and local partners who sent them our way: thank you. You trusted us with getting you back to what you love. That trust was the whole job, and we are grateful for every bit of it.
Requesting your medical records
Former patients can request a copy of their records by email. Email is the only way to make a request. There is no phone line, no online form, and no other channel.

Records are retained in accordance with Michigan law. Please make requests as early as you can.
